Been on a detox journey for many years.

I suffered from heavy metal toxicity (amalgam fillings) and I was in awful shape!!!

Parasites and heavy metal toxicity are connected, and I learned the hard way to detox. I've made many mistakes along the path, but finally I got results after following a certain sequence of doing things the right natural way.

I started a liver detox program with 4 more friends and we had great unexpected results:
weight loss, more vitality, flexible in the body, pains in the body diminished or disappeared, no more bloating, improved sleeping, a clear mind, sense of freedom.

What blew my mind was that cellulite that I was trying to get rid of for 20+ years melted.

I lost extra stubborn weight that I put on during perimenopause, but most importantly, I maintain my weight to this day.
My yoga poses are deeper because I am more flexible.
